The Elevator Pitch

If a project has a property such as <PackageReadMeContents>...</PackageReadMeContents> which contained valid markdown, MSBuild could potentially create a README.md on behalf of the project and drop it in the root of the .nupkg if people prefer flexibility in providing a README.md.
