BLOM bug was detected during testing of noresm2_3_alpha02 .

NorESMhub/BLOM#482

This has been fixed in BLOM master, but the fix was not implemented for the release-1.6 branch.

Suggested fix:

  • Update buildlib_2.1 and buildlib_2.2 in BLOM release-1.6 branch
  • Create new tag v1.6.9
  • Update to noresm2_3_alpha03 with new BLOM tag.
