问题

目前，参赛者报名需要链接GitHub账号，但有时GitHub链接不上，让参赛者直接填写GitHub链接又存在冒用他人GitHub项目的风险。也就是图中被吐槽的第4点。另外之前可以通过这个运营系统 http://op-manage.bewater.xyz/ 群发邮件，进行基础的赛事管理等，目前这个网址已不可用。

解决方案

支持填入 url 进行提交，检查提交者是否在 Contributors 列表里即可
