add Neo-antigen prediction feature (proposed by Zheng Hu)
supporting oncoplot with mixed samples (both one-simple patients and multi-sample patients)
show the status of the alterations of mutations.
add request for Suggestion for better visualizations of oncoplot #258
integrate CNV and mutation in one plot(support maf with CNV information like maftools), and phylogenetic tree as well. suggested by Fiona
add feature for cfDNA dynamic analysis
