This package needs that value to identify clonal/subclonal mutations. I can calculate CCF use EstimateClonality, but what's the difference between CCF and CCF_std?

The CCF_std represents the mean standard deviation of the predicted CCF for each mutation. The definition of the clonal status of mutations will be more accurate to integrate estimated CCF and CCF_std. If CCF_std is not available, you can set it as 0 for simplicity.
