Conductor upgrade to 3.13.2 issue :queue message does not exist

We just upgraded jar file and pointed to the same postgres database. The new version is not coming up on same postgres database . We have already deployed workflows and running transactions.

we are moving from 3.4.1 and 3.4.1 is still workfing fine. What would be the cause

com.netflix.conductor.core.exception.NonTransientException: ERROR: relation "queue_message" does not exist

Also, I see following messages.
