[FEAT] Auto-Promptor Contents & Participation Enhancement

Objective

1. Enable Admin-Level Updates of the Auto-Promptor Contents
2. Add a toggle to turn auto-promptor on/off to the menu which gives toggles to turn bot participants in a conversation on & off.
3. Set up multiple auto-promptor prompt lists, which can each be toggled on / off, or else chosen between by the user.

Initial Implementation Requirements

I'm not sure how to map tasks into this field. -Clary

Estimated about 20 hours of dev time. If something looks like it will make this take much longer, let's revisit it.
