Should we rename "Sia Homebase" -> "Sia"? #15

It's a name we don't use very often. I do think we should differentiate between the GUI and the Daemon / CLI. Perhaps we could call them "Sia for Users" and "Sia for Developers", respectively.

Sia homebase is a name that never caught on, I'm fully in favor of ditching it

I'm not sure that it's fair to assume only developers will be using the cli, Linux users are often more comfortable with the command line, even if they don't intend to be a developer for Sia.
