Not being able to connect with a RETS

Hi, I'm new to RETS, and I'm trying this repo out to fetch data from a MLS to start on a project but I'm running into problems, and I would like to know if you can share some support to use this package.
I followed the install process and I had settled the configuration, but I don't know if is a problem of authentication or if is another one.
