The docs folder and this repository mention the website "http://www.crt.realtors.org/projects/rets/ezrets/downloads/" for the install file. Unfortunately that site seems to be down or has moved. Any way to get that file?

I don't think the Center for REALTOR Technology exists anymore. While I worked on this while I was employed there in years past, this is probably abandonware at this point.
