[Feature] documentation feature: in README.md, add "Nanocoder partnerships"

Description

A place for people to share and spread their software in Readme.md for whose use nanocoder to make their software.
Like some companies will list their well-known users (e.g. see Jetbrains IDE website, there is a place where a lot different well-known user companies logo are shown.
Beyond that, I would like this session to list software REPOs as well as logos (or avatars of repo owners),because of considering it is a open source product,which is not for profit.

This are some requirements I think of for being nano-partner:
-GitHub/gitlab
-the software is open-source
-the software does not restrict contribution(Match the Nanocoder philosophy)
-a link to nanocoder repo/nano-collective GitHub page/ website
And clear promotion of Nanocoder in the repo's README.md

I already done one using nanocoder, looking forward to be a nano-partner!

I think just do it in readme.md is the best
