this is a blocker for canonical/microk8s-core-addons#314. Without these containers microk8s can't work properly with 24.04

We recently pushed our first ubuntu24.04 tags to nvcr.io:

nvcr.io/nvidia/driver:570.86.15-ubuntu24.04
nvcr.io/nvidia/driver:550.144.03-ubuntu24.04

The GPU Operator will add support for Ubuntu 24.04 in its next release.
