jetson nano doesnt boot with jetbot based on jetbot 4.5

I bought a jetson anno developer kit 4gb , I installed jetpack 4.5 on a SD card he hize the oem conifg , then remove the SD format it and install it with balena etcher the latest version of jetbot based on jetpack 4.5 , however it does not boot just gives me black screen , the only jetbot that works is based on jetpack 4. 3 but when I enter jupyter lab and run basic_motion in the part of creating robot=robot() gives me a timeout error, and when importing the jetbot github and reboot stays in black screen, I have tried many things but nothing solves this problem, I have a jetbot kit waveshare, please help me
