Examples broken after installing docs dependencies with Python 3.11 #689

I generally use Python 3.10, and within NREL we haven't tested Python 3.11 very much in the context of FLORIS. @acse-xm421 I suggest to drop to Python 3.10.

I've created a new conda environment on my side with Python 3.11 and I've noticed a couple of things.

  1. The "docs" dependencies for Python 3.11 are quite a bit longer and heavier than for < 3.11. @acse-xm421 I suggest to not install the "docs" extras with Python 3.11.
  2. The attrs package shows this warning:
