How to calculate windSpeed-Cp-Cp table for different TSR in OpenFAST for implementation of FLORIS？

Dear FLORIS team and users ,
Question: It seems in FLORIS, the power output of turbine is only related with windSpeed-Cp-Cp table in nrel_5MW.yaml. And the TSR is related with the wake velocity of turbine. In given nrel_5MW.yaml, the table corresponds to TSR of 8. If we want to get the power under different TSR, we need to use OpenFAST to calculate the windSpeed-Cp-Cp table. https://github.com/NREL/floris/discussions/353
I tried in OpenFAST. Firstly, I want to get the same table as the given nrel_5MW.yaml. This is to ensure the right set-up in OpenFAST. But I failed. My set-up in OpenFAST is below. I want to know how to calculate the data in the given nrel_5MW.yaml in OpenFAST? (What the set-up is ?) Or where is the problem in my set-up in OpenFAST ?

Wind speed is 8 m/s, uniform.
