Minor revisions for enabling battery discharge to grid. Fix broken geothermal links Fix battery inverter cutoff efficiency description. Revenue TOD factors description revise to work for IPH or electricity Fix "68153" for IEC 61853 module model. Revise description of Power Tower optimization options. On the Battery Dispatch BTM page:
This is no longer true - retail rates dispatch can now discharge to grid (as of this release).

Maybe there should be a NumKeywords criteria for each release ;-)
