Describe the bug

Based on the suggestion by @cpaulgilman (#1933 (review)), complete the UI variable definitions for all CSP and IPH models. Specifically, ensure group label and UIObject are set for all variables. Define and use one convention for labeling calculated variables (to distinguish from user inputs).

Expected behavior

Complete UI variable definitions for CSP and IPH models, including group labels and UIObjects.
