For single story buildings with a garage and the garage gable perpendicular to the roof gable, we need to be able to clearly distinguish what's part of the garage vs. the attic. I believe the way this works is that the roof line continues so there's a slope "roof" separating the two zones, but we should take some time to verify.

Related to #96. This might not be the end all be all fix here, but we're
accounting now for situations where the garage and attic have a shared
boundary. We're not updating the RC network, so basically neglecting the
heat transfer between the two unconditioned zones, but that seems to be
a pretty reasonable assumption.
Also added "living space" to the list of potential conditioned zones,
since someone changed the name at some point.
