Net to gross with detailed capacity/COP data

OS-HPXML does the net>gross (take fan out of it) COP/capacity calcs when detailed data is provided. We should do this too, but it's lower priority than just getting detailed performance data used at all. If we have time we'll come back and revisit this later in the fall.
