Desuperheater doesn't work with air-cooled refrigeration condenser

Issue overview

Coil:Heating:Desuperheater object type (aka hot gas reheat) coil is meant to take heat rejected from a cooling process and use it for air-side heating. It's supposed to work with multiple refrigeration object types. The attached IDFs only test connecting this to the Refrigeration:Condenser:AirCooled object type, which brings up this severe error message:

** Severe ** GetRefrigerationInput: Refrigeration:Case="11-1", System Node Number not found for Zone Name = SALES
** ~~~ ** ..Refrigerated cases must reference a controlled Zone (appear in a ZoneHVAC:EquipmentConnections object).

Nothing changed between IDFs for the zones or refrigerated cases, so this smells like a bug.

This should be confirmed/tested for other refrigeration objects types as well:

Refrigeration:CompressorRack
Refrigeration:Condenser:EvaporativeCooled
Refrigeration:Condenser:WaterCooled
