How to get the Program ID into the files

@fudgefactor and @wkerzendorf have suggested putting a three character unique id at the end of the object keyword and the program would read it out and add a header keyword 'PROGRAMID' with the correct unique id. 

We would then petition the ACP people to be able to add PROGRAMID in for future use.
