HelloTranslator.ipynb Example Not Returning Results

Hello -
I am following the instructions of the HelloTranslator.ipynb example. However, whenever I review the results, there are none. Most agents give an error. When no error, there are still no nodes/results. Example TRAPI Response Identifier: d403bea3-807c-4276-8c63-342db45dc38b

In addition, when I try to use the Example Ids in the ARAX User Interface. Both 'ARS Example 1' and 'ARS Example 2' do not return results.

Example 1 gives this error: "Connection attempts to ars.transltr.io triggered an exception: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='ars.transltr.io', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /ars/api/messages/c5ca9939-36f2-4713-852d-436b9fbfb531 (Caused by NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 110] Connection timed out'))" Example 2 gives this error: "Connection attempts to ars.transltr.io triggered an exception: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='ars.transltr.io', port=443): Max retries exceeded with url: /ars/api/messages/9f288363-afc3-49f9-9893-611a8c023053 (Caused by NewConnectionError(': Failed to establish a new connection: [Errno 110] Connection timed out'))"
