I progessed quite a bit today. Thank you Richard for specifying it was for ARS usage that helped me clarify some aspects.
I made the outline, and wrote the first sections trying to reuse what was there up to page 4. Things that I reused were commented as such and suggested for removal.
Pages 5-9 are still material I have not used/worked on.
Other suggestions/comments are for the authors to weigh in!
I hope you'll have a bit of time tomorrow to work on it. Feel free to edit on my text!
