The Q being, "What chemical/drug causes increased activity_or_abundance of MUC5B (gene)"?

It looks like this edge comes from SemMedDB, so this is just another SemMedDB shortcoming?

But it does seem like there is only 1 publication, so perhaps this would disappear when SemMedDB filtering is enabled? Is that the intent of this issue?

Do you have a PK that shows the problem and could be used for re-testing?

Or if that is not the idea, what's the suggested action here?

Well, will wait for SemMedDB filtering (don't know enough about it to say that will fix it.). But "generic results" is a Translator-wide issue, looks like JasonF is handling that, so reassigning there. @edeutsch @flannick

LMK If you want me to re-run the Q and check it out again.
