WorldWind shows sometimes polygons cutted #217

Hello,

I am dividing my screen in sectors, represented as rectangles. Sometimes some rectangle is cutted, and if a drag over the map i can see the missed part (and the others parts are hidden):

Why wwd is having this behaviour?

I was reading the closed issues. Is similar to #185. Seems to be a bug.
