Tracking issue from Feedback meeting with MIssions

These are items that came up in a feedback session with mission users.

• Time conductor, backspace goes to previous field (this may be noted/fixed in core)
• Formal documentation for local storage plugin
• Improve reliability for WebSockets
• Channel table will not show the alarm (if no enum_alarm_state, fallback to eu_alarm value)
• Would like to be able to have multiple topics for realtime and multiple hosts for sessions
• Include session name in exported plot images (tracking here: [Plots] Better export naming convention #225 )
• A way to alert the user to the start and end dates of the data in a session. Example a year long window, but only a few days of data, can we have a way to set the time bounds to the first and last occurrence of data.
• Configurable plot legend fields
• Training on the tool
• Make composition easy to reorder (example in the tree, alphabetical, drag and drop, etc) the bones for this exist, just needs to be hooked up
