Simulated activities table id on activities not being filled out

Describe the bug

The id column on the simulated activities table is just empty when it should be the activity directive id.

Reproduction

I went to this plan https://aerie-dev.jpl.nasa.gov/plans/199 and I opened the simulated activities table and none of the ids are filled out.
