Unify sequencing docs #224
Description
Once #218 and #219 are merged, we should take a pass to unify the documentation for sequencing. Certain topics (e.g., dictionary/adaptation/parcel configuration) could probably be collected, and a better effort could be made to separate how we describe core capabilities from our language specifications (at least, where those things are separable, like in Phoenix).
