• Finish initial difFUBAR port
• Add in input data validation, sanitisation, etc
• Replace PyPlot with Plots.jl
• Add in vanilla FUBAR implementation
• Think about how/whether to incorporate simulations. Separate branch? Separate repo, one per method?
• Add more codon model methods
