Navbar not displaying

I have been following video and cant seem to get the navbar to display. its as if theres no styling even though I copy and pasted your original index.html. re installed dart-sass, bootstrap, fontawesome, and auto prefixer.

please help!

Follow these steps:

• Make the changes in Navbar Section:
• 
• Write the id of all the components of the navbar after href="#"
• Example : href="#" to href="#services" for services components:
• Like wise you can follow same for others too.
