See this warning in the Console:

You can reduce your startup time if you configure your web server to host .unityweb files using gzip compression.

We should try to reach out to someone at GitHub/Fastly/Cloudflare/Neocities (and other web hosts + CDNs) to see if we can get .unityweb files to be whitelisted and gzip versions served.
