Any actor/mob that takes damage while they are paused keeps the red damage overlay until the actors are unpaused.
Repro Steps
Punching.paused.actors.mp4
Expected
The red overlay should disappear quickly after being hit like normal

Preview build version: 1.19.80.20
Perhaps this is actually intentional and/or should stay, but I'm reporting it just in case
