&nbsp/space parse error

As the img shown, when html to richText,<p>ha ha&nbsp;ha</p> <p>ha ha&nbspha</p> have different result.   is not displayed correctly.
Not only that, it cannot be displayed correctly when the space is between two tags in some scenarios.
<p><a>HTTP1</a> <a>HTTP1</a></p> <p><a>HTTP1</a>&nbsp<a>HTTP1</a></p>
Same as error#391
