The link to the getting started guide 404's. Is there another location for this or has this repository been sunsetted?

use "paper" as the "getting started" guide

Considering the "getting started" link is down (ModelOriented#85), I thought at least this could be a good first step in the meantime.. considering it at least provides an example of how to use the package.
