Disable the info box when hovering a download in the Downloads tab.

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Whenever I scroll through the Downloads tab, a very intrusive and large pop-up, with a description of the mod I'm hovering, shows up on the screen. It obstructs the view, hindering the installation of the mod.

I would like to have an option to disable the feature.

Describe alternatives you've considered
I also thought that the feature would be very useful if it was implemented like a link in the mod's name (or something like that), that would open the info box without taking you to the mod's page when clicked.

I think an option to enable/disable this feature would be fine, though I have to wonder why it's using the mod description instead of the file description like normal
