way to install all downloaded mods?

I want to interact with the process as little as possible, to speed the process up as much as possible, reduce the friction of it all

I have browser userscripts to make it just one click thing on mod pages to start the dl to install

once the app has downloaded the files, I have a long list of Downloaded entries

that's a lot of right-click n click installs

Describe the solution you'd like
I wish to start a process that will begin to run me through installing all these local and uninstalled mods

maybe the ux could have a counter for how many in the list

n a way to exit the install all cycle

or skip to next mod entry
