Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

I'd like to use a custom Cache implementation without a SourceOfTruth.

Describe the solution you'd like

An additional overload for StoreBuilder.of that accepts a Fetcher and a Cache, without requiring a SourceOfTruth.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Building an in-memory SourceOfTruth, which is kind of wasteful.
