Option zfltk-use-zigcc fails on Linux #29

When passed "-Dzfltk-use-zigcc=true" on linux, CMake uses zigcc to build fltk, but that fails at configure time with zig 0.12. Apparently CMake uses it to build some tests to check that it works and for some reason it doesn’t.
