Xiaomi 13 pro, global device with test. I tried to binding a newly registered HK xiaomi account on it, it seems success at first with the remind of waiting 168h. But when Itry to unlock now, the unlock tool shows "Your account is not authorized..."

Is that means my account is marked or banned? Or I need to wait for 30d as the offical notice? Is it needed for me to register a new HK sim?
