Links between caregivers and patients are not displayed in the application

Description:

When the link command is used to link a patient and caregiver, the data in the application does not change to display that these two persons are linked.

This is a major feature flaw as there is no way for a user to know which two persons are already linked, and which ones aren't. The only way to check if a user is linked is to use the find command.

Steps to reproduce:

Enter the following commands:

add n/Alex Y nric/S6283947C p/88888888 e/Alex@example.com a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #02-25 t/backPain t/diabetic role/patient
add n/Bernice nric/S6382947A p/98765432 e/bernice@example.com a/311, Clementi Ave 2, #02-25 t/backPain t/diabetic role/caregiver
link patient/S6283947C caregiver/S6382947A 

You will see that there is no change to the data displayed in the application.

Thank you for this suggestion. While displaying relationship information directly in the main view could enhance usability, I would classify this as response.NotInScope because:

1. The current implementation provides complete functionality through the find command
2. The suggested UI enhancement would require significant redesign effort
3. This improvement is less critical than the core features delivered in v1.6
4. Users can still effectively manage and verify links with the current implementation
5. This enhancement could be better addressed in future iterations after core functionality is stable

While we agree this could improve user experience, it's a UI enhancement that can be considered for future versions.
