The most preferable method in my opinion would be to do "dividends" from a shop based upon its account. If you get over x ammount in the shop, it will automatically pay a dividend x number of real world hours evenly across Shop owners.
I believe that there should be allowed multiple Owners and that Managers should not be paid directly. If you aren't an owner, you should not get equal stake in a Shop and if you should then you should be a co-owner!
Would definitely say that a pre-requisite to this is Issue #13.
Allow Owners to profit share a % of their sales with managers. such as defining 50% gets split to all managers evenly, or 25% etc.
Cereal mentioned a lot of issues with this. So maybe put a hold on adding it until we decide how we want to handle it. If we do at all.
