Description:
Deleting all progress does not delete time for all tasks. The button has no effect.

Steps for reproduce:

1. Sign in.
2. OPpen settings.
3. Click "Delete all progress".
4. Submit with password.
   Actual result:
   Nothing happens.
   Expected result:
   Deleting existing time spent for each task.
