[Bug]: No confirmation detail screen on MM Pay screen when using USDC on Arbitrum

Describe the bug

No confirmation details (network fee, estimated time, total cost) displayed when using USDC.arb to fund perp account

Expected behavior

Same screen behavior for all tokens, for consistency

2. Tap balance
3. Tap deposit
4. Select USDC
5. Tap continue
