[Bug]: No way to see recipient address in the new send flow

Describe the bug

In the new send flow, users don't have a way to check the address they are sending to.

Expected behavior

We should:

1 - Show collapsed hex address in the recipient page as we do in the account list (screenshot below of collapsed hex address in account list)
2 - Add a tooltip in the name component in the send confirmations so when users click on it we show a tooltip with the full address (recording of a different tooltip as reference below)

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a send on Ethereum to vitalik.eth or click in one of your contacts
2. Notice how you can't see the full address anywhere
