Unable to add negative value for result.

I want to implement clause logic for "Result is less than or equal to -2.5 any time before the start of the oral glucocorticoid or within 90 days of starting the oral glucocorticoid." But while adding result as an attribute to QDM element I am not able to add minus(-)/ negative value in the given field. Is there any workaround to this.
