Afraid not as these communicate exclusively over bluetooth. If I am wrong please correct me, but I have bought four thinking that they would work over homebridge and I can‘t get them recognised despite having the gateway working - they seem to interface with the Mi app only.

Edit: As of today there is a separate plugin available for this that runs direct with Homebridge (requires working bluetooth). I‘ll be looking at this tonight! https://www.reddit.com/r/homebridge/comments/85wju0/homebridge_plugin_for_the_xiaomi_mi_bluetooth/
