Axiom crashes upon loading preset

When I load my preset (will be posted in comment below) axiom hangs and the crashes, every time. I am using Version 1.6.7 Alpha (2019-04-01) (as reported by the User Guide.pdf) and have an rtx 4070 mobile GPU, and an i9 13900hx. This only began when I changed the HW accell, decode, and transcode options and saved it to the config file.
