BUG: No Steam Download speed while TUN Mode is ON

Describe the problem

I am running shadowsocks proxy via nekoray (beta4.0-4) and using TUN mode. I also set whitelist mode in the TUN settings and changed the routing settings to bypass. I don't have steam in the TUN settings (meaning Steam is running directly, not through TUN), but there is no download speed from the network when TUN mode is running. I tried changing download location, clearing download cache and reinstalling steam.
My system:
OS: Arch Linux (64 bit) (kernel 6.11.6-arch1-1)
DE: GNOME 47 (Mutter)
Windowing System: X11
CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 7700
GPU : NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3060 12 GB
MB : Gigabyte B650 AORUS ELITE AX
Firmware Version : FA5f

Expected behavior: Default network speed

Actual behavior: No network speed while TUN Mode is on

How to reproduce

Enable TUN Mode, setup in TUN Settings whitelist mode, Enable Fake DNS, System visor, in Routing Settings set Simple Route to bypass.
