Description suggestions

The Russian government has learned how to block Wireguard. It requires obfuscation to work now
Please add obfuscation settings for wireguard configs as in Hiddify (https://github.com/hiddify/hiddify-app?ysclid=m3bnjfudtm52205143) or in AmneziaWG (https://github.com/amnezia-vpn/amneziawg-go?ysclid=m3bnacvhcj541033059)

At the moment NekoRay can only work with regular wireguard, and it does not support obfuscation parameters.
