BUG: Everything works except YouTube error ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR

Everything worked perfectly, but one day YouTube stopped loading, either gives the error ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR, or simply writes that there is no Internet connection. Although the rest of the sites work correctly, and determine the location of my VPN.

I installed different versions of the application, checked the server, checked the work on my neighbor's PC, everything worked fine for him. I don't know what the problem might be, because everything stopped working even though I didn't do anything.

I also updated the browser, completely deleted it and downloaded it again.
Used ipconfig /flushdns
